Common Questions About Lydian's Group Chemistry Class

  2. Do you also offer Chemistry in the Individualized program?
  3. Is there homework?
  4. What if I need to be absent?

How does Group Chemistry compare to the Individualized Program?

Group Chemistry is taught in a small classroom format with fixed start and end dates. The classroom provides a collaborative learning experience at lower tuition rates and is a good choice for students who do not need the broader flexibility of our Individualized Program.

Do you also offer Chemistry in the Individualized program?

Yes. Students who need more flexibility should consider the Individualized Program.

Is there homework?

We know this is your summer, and we give plenty of time for homework in class, but you might need to finish assingments at home on some days. We have a lot to cover in a very short time! Consider enrolling in On Track if homework is a challenge for you.

What if I need to be absent?

Absences are strongly discouraged because group chemistry is very condensed and fast-paced. You are responsible for making up any missed work. Catch-up tutoring at additional cost may be an option, subject to teacher availability. Compare to our Individualized Program for more flexibility.
