Graduate From Lydian AcademyStudents looking for a change of pace from the large, comprehensive high school enroll at Lydian to earn their high school diploma. Lydian is fully-accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Lydian graduation requirements exceed those specified by the California Department of Education. About 85% of Lydian graduates attend college or university after high school.
A Day At LydianStudents meet in individualized sessions, one hour per day for each subject. For example, if you are enrolled in five courses you will have five hours of instruction each day. We make every effort to offer instruction hours according to your preferences. For example, students who perform better later in the day can request a later start time. Lydian courses are based on state standards and consist of the same assignments, exercises, and assessments found in the curriculum of a comprehensive high school. Students move through the curriculum at their pace and complete a course when they have finished all the assignments at the required proficiency levels (usually 90% or higher).
