A place to learn

Lydian values the theory and practice of a personalized education with an emphasis on content mastery rather than grades.

Lydian students build a solid academic foundation by demonstrating knowledge at each level before moving on to the next topic. Our mastery performance assessments allow for learning and revision until performance standards (usually 90% or higher) are met.

Students who receive credits from Lydian are those who engage with full effort to complete and master all course requirements. Teachers foster collaborative learning relationships in which students are encouraged to take charge of their own education.
